AN INTERVIEW WITH KLASJET, THE LEADING LUXURY AIRPLANE COMPANY

LUXURY AIRPLANES: WHAT IS ITS IMPORTANCE FOR A SUCCESSFUL PRIVATE FLIGHT?

When organizing a charter flight, it is fundamental to consider the specific needs of the client, which are essential for the choice of the airplane.
When you speak about luxury planes, the first thing you imagine is the jet set, the private planes and the world of the worldwide jet charter.
Yet, in reality the luxury airplanes represent an extremely effective and attractive response for incentives, MICE, a high-level DMC, as well as for all those situations where the specific needs of the Client require the meticulous attention to particulars (like in the case of sport teams).

For instance, just think about the physical size of the Basketball players – their high and body build. Imagine their physical condition after the match and their need to quickly restore their energy.

All these factors determinate the need for spaces and comfort that the configuration of a plane, whether it is a Boeing or an Airbus, in Y economy class cannot provide its full satisfaction.

Today, we have the pleasure to have with us Akvile Bakunaite, Communication and Marketing Manager of KlasJet the Airline Company which is honored to transfer the sports team of Žalgiris Kaunas (the crown jewel of the sport in Lithuania and not only) – but also a high-level Airline Company with airplanes of the utmost prestige.

THAT!
Hello Akvile and thank you for your availability. How was KlasJet born? Could you please briefly tell us about the history of the Airline Company you represent?

Akvile
KlasJet is a European Business Aviation Company. It was founded in 2013 and specialized in comprehensive aircraft management solutions as well as in private and corporate charter flights. KlasJet is part of Avia Solutions Group and this is the place where our history starts.
Avia Solutions Group is an international Aviation Holding Company, which provides wide range solutions such as the maintenance of airplanes and helicopters, Aviation staff training and recruitment, Ground handling and fueling, Aviation IT solutions, tourism and much more.
When the group was doing the research on the Business Aviation market and its needs, it was obvious that the field of private charter flights had a huge potential, that’s why the shareholders decided to purchase the first aircraft. Klasjet was developing very fast and the first successful projects proved that it was worth to continue. Our growing fleet, a team of professionals and their experience let KlasJet be between the Business Aviation leaders in a short period. Today KlasJet is a prospering company with a clear vision of the future.
